WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Since most if not all of the items we have on the website are in stock, we will ship your order within 24 hrs. If not, we will contact you to tell you when we'll have it back in stock and the estimated shipping date. If you live in the continental U.S., you will usually receive your order within 5 business days of your purchase date.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we have processed and shipped your order, we will send you by email either a UPS or USPS tracking number. To view the full progress of your order you can visit our tracking page or go to www.ups.com or if we sent you a USPS tracking number, www.usps.com.
WHAT IS MY SHIPPING COST?
If you live in the continental U.S., our software will give you a shipping quote after you have entered your shipping details. For non-continental U.S. and International orders, please tick "International" as your shipping method. We will then contact you with the appropriate shipping charges.
CAN YOU SEND THE SHIPPING CHARGE TO MY UPS ACCOUNT?
Yes. If you have a UPS account just email me the details and i'll reroute the charge to your account.
